Classes

Classes are all taught by CZT Alyssa Herget on Zoom. Tickets are managed by Evey Events & Tickets. Evey will send your ticket via email once purchase is confirmed. 

There are no refunds for classes. Recordings will be made available unless otherwise stated in the class description.

Are there any perks for signing up for your classes?

All students get access to:

To celebrate my first year of teaching - all students who purchase a class through December 31st, 2026 are automatically eligible for the Clubhouse Loyalty Program that allows for $5 (USD) off all future classes with a discount code.

Are classes recorded?

Yes and no.

Yes - I supply a link to YouTube where I have pre-recorded myself walking through the entire class.

No - I do not record the live class. I choose not to record our Zoom classes because I want to create a space where everyone feels comfortable participating. When cameras are on or discussions are being recorded, students may feel hesitant to ask questions or share their thoughts. Not recording helps protect students’ privacy, avoids capturing anyone’s face without consent, and encourages more open, relaxed conversation during class.

Do I need a camera or microphone to attend?

Nope! Students are encouraged to do what is most comfortable for them. If you wish to have your camera on during class, that is great! If you wish to have your camera off, or if you don't have a camera, that is perfectly fine, too!

Students are asked to share their work at the end of class which would require a camera, but only those who want to share do.

If you have a microphone and wish to ask questions during class, that is great! However, we also have a chat capability in the Zoom call, so a microphone isn't necessary.

What if I can't make it to the live class?

After the live class, all students who registered for the class will be sent a link to a pre-recorded video of the class where I walk through the entire class as though students were there. You will also be provided with a link to download a booklet that walks through the piece step-by-step.

What materials do I need for class?

General materials needed will be listed in the information for each class before you purchase. An email will be sent to you prior to the class with any specifics I will be using. For instance, the class may say you will need Prismacolor pencils. In the email, I will list the exact colors I will be using.

That being said, I strongly encourage you to use supplies you have on hand. There is no need to buy anything new to attend a class. You can always use whatever you want to.

Where should I share my work?

All students are invited to join a private Facebook group to share their work. The after-class recap email will have a link to the group. Only those who have purchased a class will be accepted into the group.

If you do not have Facebook, you can always email me a picture of your completed tile at alyssa.herget.czt@gmail.com if you would like to share it. You can also use the hashtag #tangleexplorations when posting in social media.

Can I purchase a previous class?

You can purchase content from previous classes under Replays.
